This is an original GM 7 inch rear view mirror restored with new day/night mirror glass.  The stainless steel has been polished to a mirror finish and all gaskets and ball joint have been reconditioned.  This mirror, unlike reproductions, says "Guide Glare Proof" and "Made In USA".  For mounting hardware see part number FST-1132 Restorers Tip:  Never use or handle chemicals containing ammonia near a day night mirror.  The fumes will deteriorate the silvering on the back of the mirror and cause black spotting that will permanently damage the mirror.  A soft cloth with a modest amount of water should be sufficent to clean the surface.  Fits application(s) and year(s) indicated above.  Specific applications may include  Z-28, COPO, Yenko, Baldwin, Dana, Motion cars with or without Super Sport (SS) or Rally Sport (RS) options with a 6 cylinder or 8 cylinder engine.
