This item includes GM concours restored rally sport headlight assemblies, limit switches, and relay assembly.  The headlight capsules are original GM headlight brackets with engraved markings, coupled with replated (not painted) GM headlight buckets, accurately reproduced headlight retaining rings, new headlight bulbs (since they are part of the operational circuit), and new upgraded motors with a metal gear high torque drive train superior to the plastic gear originals.  The springs, bucket adjusting screws, retaining ring screws, and all shouldered and long pivot bolts are replated GM items.  The output door arms are refinished GM items and all new plastic pivot bushings, and graphite slip discs have been installed on replated GM clutch hardware.  The rubber weather flap that protects the motor has been stapled to the headlight bracket above the motor as original and is made in house of the correct dimension and textured materials.  The headlight doors are accurate black reproductions with the correct equal height horizonal and vertical slats.  GM, in an attempt to reduce part numbers in inventory, has produced headlight door repair parts with incorrect slat height, a poor fit, or incorrect gray plastic materials, all of which are wrong but unfortunately sold by others for this application as NOS.  The door bezel trims are new accurately reproduced pieces installed with special stainless rivet head slotless screws for easy disassembly should that be necessary.  A pair of the correct rubber bumper door stops is also installed.  The four limit switch brackets are included and are GM refinished items that will receive full judging points unlike the reproduction items commonly available today which do not have the original square style nuts.  The limit switch brackets, including the ones for the radiator support have the correct black limit switches and replated GM hardware.  The original switches were removed and replaced with new original GM black housing limit switches made by Cherry, unlike the dark red housing switches available from most current suppliers.  Switch button rubber boots only found on originals have been reinstalled on these new items.   The relay board is a three relay assembly with correct satin finish black Delco Remy embossed script covers, and a 10 Amp thermal circut breaker with an engraved housing and red inspection dot as original.  Because the mounting boards were overtightened and relays electrically damaged by over zealous owners over time, we occasionally use accurate reproductions relay mounting boards which are equivalent in fit and function with added durability.  This item includes mounting bolts, shims, and grille/bezel mounting barrel nuts and simulated rivets.  All that need be added is an upper lower and center grill section from the supplier of your choice for a complete rally sport headlight assembly.  We also have T-3 Headlights, NOS relays, original door motors, GM headlight bezels, and plastic motor water shields sometimes found on early cars available on request for additional cost.  Specific applications may include  Z-28, COPO, Yenko, Baldwin, Dana, Motion cars with or without Super Sport (SS) or Rally Sport (RS) options with a 6 cylinder or 8 cylinder engine.
